4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Full payment is required before the trip. Payments can be made using approved methods as displayed during the booking process.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- No fees for cancellations made more than 5 hours before a same-day trip.
- For cancellations made within 5 hours of a same-day trip or no-shows, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
- For trips scheduled beyond the booking date, cancellations made within 24 hours of booking incur no charges.
- Refund requests are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
